For the past few years. I led the experience design for multiple retail initiatives. A majority of these initiatives heavily focused on introducing more personalization features throughout the various stages of purchasing a product on Apple.com.

Engraving
One of our main personalization features is the ability to engrave a product. I led the the experience design on enhancing the engraving experience which allowed customers to engrave multiple products with additional engraving options.

Customization
We did an early exploration on enhancing the purchase experience for Apple Watch. The work later on inspired and led to the creation of the current Apple Watch Studio.
Analytics The team started out by looking into the performance of the current site, which provided insights on how our customers shop for Apple Watch on Apple.com.
Flow Explorations Based on insights from the analytics, we then explored different ways that could improve the shopping experience for our customers.
Product Customization A prototype demonstrating how customers can go through case, size and band selections.
Multi-item Purchase
This is an exploratory project focused on encouraging customers to shop for multiple items on Apple.com – without the hassle of going through multiple step,

Quick View Using the proposed quick view, we can display the product information and allow customers to purchase directly without the need of navigating away from the shopping experience.
