I led a team of UX designers and prototypers to create a seamless experience that allowed our customers to learn, apply, and purchase directly using Apple Card across Apple.com.

As part of an effort to research and understand our customer behavior, we started out by looking at the customer mindset throughout the journey of applying for a new credit card online.

Marketing Strategy

Through close collaboration with our business partners and writers, we helped define the marketing strategy and reflected that strategy through the content distribution and hierarchy of our marketing pages across Apple.com.

Retail Integration

In addition to marketing Apple Card in the digital landscape. I also led the work on integrating the application flow within our online commerce platform. Allowing customers to apply and purchase using Apple Card in a seamless flow.

Handoff Flow
Since Apple Card lives exclusively on iOS devices, one of the challenges was to explore a way that could transition our customers from desktop to iPhone in a seamless flow.
